Mustard Made Children's Hangers, 10 pcs (different colors)

The hangers themselves are very nice, but the customer service was some of the worst I had experienced especially considering that these are luxury products.
I had ordered the hangers in early January and I didn't get anything till a month later. My baby is almost due and I wanted to hang everything up in advance and I have ordered with plenty of time to spare. My order consisted of three sets of hangers containing 10 pieces each. When I received my package it only had one set of ten in it. When I wrote to the company they apologized and said that I have to wait another month for my hangers because the current batch was now sold out. It was very frustrating because I really wanted to organize the baby things.

When I asked how they would make it up to me, they said they will not, they will just send the hangers once they become available. This does not make me want to shop for larger items on their site because I'm not optimistic that they would handle things better if something went wrong. In my opinion it would have been nice if they gave a coupon or a discount or a free product because the wait was two months for the hangers. I had to do everything last minute when I am very pregnant and things are difficult for me. I understand that things sometimes go wrong, but I think the situation could have been handled better.
